Original Story (07/30/21): With new Dunks seemingly popping up everyday (such as today’s black/blue Dunk High SE reveal), it’s nice to see a classic colorway being thrown into the mix. Nike is expected to bring back one of its original Dunk Highs, the “St. John’s” colorway, in the near future.

The “St. John’s” Nike Dunk High was one of the original Dunks that released in 1985 as part of the collegiate Be True To Your School pack and was last retro’d in 2016. Its white and red color scheme pays tribute to the Red Storm, the basketball team of St. John’s University in Queens, New York. True to the OG release, the upcoming retro features white leather uppers with red leather Swooshes and overlays.
