Kyrie Irving x Sneaker Room Kyrie 6 “Mom” Release Date

0

Kyrie Irving and New Jersey-based sneaker shop Sneaker Room have teamed up on a set of Kyrie 6s to benefit charity. The duo’s project is longstanding, with this year’s entry representing the latest in the series paying tribute to Irving’s and Sneaker Room founder Suraj Kaufman’s late mothers.

The trio of Kyrie 6s feature embroidered hearts at the collar, polka dot patterning (said to be a favorite of Kyrie’s mom) on the tongue liner and insole, and “Elizabeth” and “Ellen” embroidered into the shoes’ deubrés (the names of each collaborator’s mother.) Additionally, the shoes feature “In honor of _____” on the backside of each strap so that wearers can highlight their own mother on their personal pairs.

Each individual colorway will be highly limited; The duo has made 2006 pairs of the red colorway, 813 pairs of the black, and 302 of the off-white model. The shoes will be priced at $200, $300, and $400 respectively, and all proceeds from their sales will go directly to charity. You can get your hands on them starting at 11am EST on October 23rd via Sneaker Room’s website. Be sure to check out photos of the collection down below.
