Original Story (11/23/20): Following the reveal of the Nike SB Dunk Low “Gulf,” another upcoming SB Dunk Low inspired by an iconic race car livery has surfaced.
The upcoming SB Dunk Low “Pink Pig” features a pink suede upper with red accents, a white midsole, and black outsole. This color scheme is inspired by the “Pink Pig” Porsche 917/20, a crowd favorite race car that made its debut at the 1971 Le Mans race.
Though the “Gulf” livery was famously used on the Ford GT40, it later made an appearance on the Porsche 917 as well, reaching iconic status thanks to its portrayal in Steve McQueen’s 1971 racing film, Le Mans.

Update (01/27/21): Official images of the Nike SB Dunk Low “Pink Pig” are in. To go along with the pig theme, these are made with pig suede. These are a GR release set for February, so expect US skate shops to receive these sometime next month if not delayed. An Asia release is set for February 1st, while Europe is set for February 13th.
