It’s been 25 years since the release of Toy Story, which might make some millenials feel old just thinking about. The classic Pixar film is still a hit with the new generations, thanks to its timeless message of friendship and loyalty. Pixar and adidas use this message as inspiration for their upcoming Toy Story Friendship Collection.
Each sneaker in the pack celebrates a different character from the movie including Woody, Buzz, Rex and even Jessie (a character introduced in Toy Story 2). The Pizza Planet Aliens get three models (two football cleats and a Deep Threat basketball shoe), though the stars of the collection are the “Woody” D.O.N. Issue #2, “Buzz” Dame 7, “Rex” Top Ten Hi, “Jessie” NMD, and “Hamm” Superstar. The collection also include tees and a Pixar Ball basketball.
The adidas x Pixar Toy Story Friendship collection will be available in Juniors, Children and Infant sizes on October 1st via adidas.com.
