Two Boston-based companies are coming together for a new collaboration geared towards beer lovers and fitness enthusiasts.
Reebok and Harpoon Brewery have announced the release of Harpoon Rec. League – The Reebok Edition, a special edition release of the brewery’s low-cal, low-alcohol hazy pale ale. A portion of each 12-pack sale will go towards BOKS, a free physical activity program designed to get kids active and establish a lifelong commitment to health and fitness.
12-packs of the Harpoon Rec. League Reebok Edition come in shoe box-inspired packaging, with co-branding found on the individual cans. The liquid inside the cans is the same Rec. League that Harpoon fans know and love, brewed with unique ingredients such as buckwheat kasha, chia seeds, and Mediterranean sea salt. It comes in at 4.0% ABV and only 120 calories per 12 oz. serving.

In addition to raising funds through beer sales, the partnership also includes the Harpoon Rec. League Floatride Energy 4 Adventure. This is a limited edition version of an outdoor-inspired, high-performance running shoe that will launch this August.
