Stüssy’s long history with Converse has translated into multiple collaborations over the years. We now have a look at the next project, a new Stüssy x Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star.

Leaked imagery shows a classic Chuck Taylor with a textured black canvas upper similar to the material found on the Stüssy Air Force 1 Low. The placement of the Converse All-Star patch has been inverted inside out so that it appears on the medial sock liner. Additionally, Stüssy’s graffiti-style star logo has embroidered onto the lateral side panel. The tongue tag also contains this logo, along with “All Star” branding in Stüssy’s signature script. Additional Stüssy branding is found on the back of the tongue and on a small tag on the heel. Stüssy keeps most of the key elements of the classic Chuck 70 intact, like white toe box, contrast stitching, and silver eyelets, while managing to keep the design fresh and original.

The Chuck Taylor collab is expected to drop alongside a Stüssy x Converse collection. Expect a drop in the coming weeks on the Stüssy and Converse websites. Grab an early look at the Stüssy x Converse Chuck 70 below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
