Original Story (01/21/22): Rumor has it Supreme will be collaborating with Burberry this upcoming Spring/Summer 2022 season.
Streetwear historians may recall that Supreme paid homage to the British fashion house back in 1997 with the release of an unofficial Burberry box logo tee. The tee featured Burberry’s iconic plaid print and is now one of the most rare and sought after box logo tees in the streetwear brand’s archive. 25 years later, the two are set to connect on an official collaborative collection that is expected to feature a wide array of apparel and accessories.
We can expect this collaboration to be available sometime in the first half of 2022 on the Supreme website, the Burberry website, and in-store at both brand’s flagships. Update (03/04/22): The rumors are true, as we now have a first look at the Supreme x Burberry collection. A$AP Nast has shared a look at a co-branded pant and top set dressed in Burberry’s iconic plaid. Tyshawn Jones has also revealed a box logo hoodie from the collection.
