Trinidad Jame$ is back with the third colorway of his Saucony collaboration, the Hommewrk x Saucony Jazz 81 “Lunch Pail Yellow.”
A follow-up to the “Sorrel Red” and “Carnival Black,” the “Lunch Pail Yellow” Jazz 81 comes in an all-yellow color scheme with leather and suede construction and a translucent toe box. Like the previous two colorways, this “Lunch Pail” pair also draws inspiration from DAD’s Trinidadian heritage. Growing up in Trinidad & Tobago, schools didn’t provide free lunch, so Trinidad and the other kids would bring their own lunches in paper bags or lunch pails, better known in the states as a lunchbox. Trinidad has fond memories of bringing his yellow lunch pail to and from classes every day. As a special touch, an embroidered lunch pail is hidden on the inside of the tongue of the shoe.
