With an arsenal of footwear models and designs already under his belt, Tyler, the Creator is expanding on his partnership with Converse with the introduction of the Golf Wang Chuck 70 By You. This follows last month’s launch of the Golf Wang Chuck 70 Low “Phyton Pack.”
The Golf Wang Chuck 70 By You marks the first time Converse opens the Golf Wang line up to customization, allowing fans to express themselves through of the truest forms of individuality with footwear.
They wide range of colors and Golf Wang designs offered allow for over 100,000 different combinations. There are six base colors available — Enamel Red, Midnight Clover, University Blue, Sunflower, Natural Ivory, and Black — though these can be mix-and-matched between each of the panels. Accompanying the colors are archival variations of the Golf Wang logo, featuring favorites like Bubblegum, Safari, Romeo, Rope, and Olde. The iconic polka-dot pattern, synonymous with Tyler’s aesthetic, can be added to the inner lining, while the heel branding comes mismatched with “GOLF” on the left shoe and Converse branding on the right.
