Vans and Japanese label NEIGHBORHOOD are unleashing a collaboration that conjoins the two brands’ signature components. The result is a double release in dark colorways that emphasize comfort and sleek footwear.
The duo have previously worked together on a few collections, but this iteration promotes a moody and minimal vibe. The Sk8-Hi and Era make an appearance in the upgraded construction. They’re dressed in Forest Green and black, fitting for the suede, leather and canvas composition. As for branding, the shoe features the familiar Vans tag. For a unique element, “THE FILTH AND THE FURY” and “TOKYO EST. 1994” are scripted on the midsole. The heel includes both brands’ branding. ComfyCush foam underfoot on both models provides a soft landing for the melancholy release.
The Vans x NEIGHBORHOOD Sk8-Hi and Era is to release on July 10th via the Vans website, NEIGHBORHOOD.jp, and select retailers.
