Vans has teamed up with Sailor Moon for a special collection in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the original anime series. The collection is comprised of over thirty styles spanning across footwear, apparel, and accessories for men, women, kids, and toddlers.
Standout styles include the ComfyCush Slip-On featuring the Sailor Guardians on the left shoe and Dark Kingdom on the right, the Women’s Sk8-Hi Stacked with translucent sole, and the La Costa slides. There are also Slip-Ons for kids that are made to look like Luna the cat. As for apparel and accessories, the collection features tie-dye hoodies, tees, button-up shirts, hats, beanies, backpacks, and socks.
The collection also features a Vans x Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon by Lizzie Armanto selection, which includes three Vans Skateboarding styles for adults. Each are dressed in a black and white color scheme as a nod to the original manga series that the anime is based on. The silhouettes included are the Skate Old Skool, Skate Slip-On, and the newly-introduced The Lizzie.
The Vans x Sailor Moon collection is slated to drop on June 10th in the US via Vans.com, Vans stores, and select retailers such as Foot Locker and Journeys. Japan release is slated for June 17th. Preview the collection below.
