Yohji Yamamoto’s Y-3 line inspired lot’s of Adidas Originals silhouettes like the successful Tubular but for the purist, they rather much have the original Qasa model which was the silhouette that inspired the tubular. For Spring and Summer, the Qasa High returns in its most popular guise of Black on White. Featuring distinctive cross-foot straps, neoprene bootie and a contrast Ghillie lacing system and a fresh white Tubular sole unit, this is now a bona-fide sneaker icon.

Not to rest on their laurels, the Y-3 brand have leant on the innovative technological expertise of their adidas sister brand by eschewing the neoprene for a Primeknit upper for the Primeknit Qasa Low, adding a natural element to this most forward thinking of styles. Signature details remain such the straps and Tubular sole unit, finished with some consider Y-3 branding.

Cop both now over at End Clothing.
